Junior Sales & Customer Acquisition Lead - Internship

Allihoop’s mission is to rethink traditional housing into a flexible way of living that brings us together. We create community-centric living spaces where driven young talents can feel right at home when starting something new. We call them Go-Getters. Currently, we have three communities in Stockholm and 300 residents from all over the world living with us. To enable our further growth and expansion we are looking for a motivated candidate with a proactive drive to join our sales team. 

As part of our sales team, you will be a key player working with the entire customer acquisition journey - from finding and attracting leads to converting them into residents and maximizing their Allihoop living experience. A happy resident is a happy alumni and your drive is to support them from the first to the final interaction to enable that. 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Finding the right channels to attract new customers to the Allihoop Community
  • Evaluating incoming applications from potential customers looking for accommodation
  • Lead management and nurturing actions via email, phone and digital campaigns
  • Sales negotiation and managing contract requests to maximize occupancy
  • Upsales of add-on services to increase the customer lifetime value
  • Plan and execute viewings of available coliving spaces
  • CRM Management and property platform administration
  • Daily handling new support inquiries via email and phone
  • Monitor, report and act on customer acquisition KPIs    

Who are you?

To fit for this role, you are an ambitious, data-driven and fast learning doer triggered by acquiring new customers and providing them with the best possible experience from the first iteration. Relationships are your drive, and communication skills are the tool you master, both in written and spoken English. You enjoy working in an entrepreneurial environment with rapid changes and initiate improved processes and working methods. 

  • Bachelor or similar in finance, business or marketing
  • 1-3 years working experience from a role in sales, marketing or customer relations 
  • Experience in working with a CRM, preferably Hubspot. 
  • You have excellent communication skills and are proficient in written and spoken English. You will be in touch with our customers daily, so excellent interpersonal skills and service mindedness are necessary. 
  • You use data to monitor progress and take action on insights gained to improve constantly. 
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment, work independently and take ownership of tasks. 
  • You think creatively and can identify new ways to solve problems.
  • You firmly believe that housing can be disrupted and see yourself be a creator of future cities.
