Joining our Community Team is a great opportunity to become a community builder and contribute to building a foundation for creativity and collaboration between Allihoop and our residents. We are just getting started and are now looking for someone who wants to join an early-stage startup and help us reach and positively impact more people.

What you’ll do:


  • Assist in community event planning, preparation, and execution (e.g., welcome dinners, monthly community meetings, speaker sessions, etc.)
  • Help plan and execute a range of different community programs
  • Administer operations and management of different company platforms to handle communication with our community members
  • Handle community-related purchases
  • Complete assigned community projects and research-related content
  • Contribute to community KPIs and measurable success metrics
  • Work closely with a team of community volunteers (our residents who choose to take an active role in the community)
  • Build relationships with our residents and potential residents through day-to-day communication, networking, and attending industry events
  • Collaborate with Sales and Operations teams to stay informed and updated on our processes and customer feedback

Who we are looking for:


We are looking for a self-starter who can see things through from start to finish. You are adaptable, curious, and you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. You are familiar with design thinking and have a good understanding of a human-centered approach and its value for product and service development.


What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Go-getter’s attitude - motivated and interested in learning, growing, and working in a team
  • Strong work ethics - you are reliable and dependable, someone who can commit to the needs of the community
  • Strong personal ownership and self-motivation
  • Experience in planning and hosting events
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Other requirements:


  • A Bachelor’s Degree
  • Strong English language skills
  • Ability to travel to different Allihoop locations in Stockholm
  • Ability to work in Sweden (EU residence or work permit)
